Bush`s Chicken in Schertz

Everything that was supposed to be hot with hot everything that was supposed to be cold was cold and the service was fantastic

This Bush's chicken is not always the best. I have had multiple orders messed up and have lost like $30 in food not being in the bag. But yesterday Alessandra was amazing, she was extremely friendly and made sure my order was 100% correct. Her excellent customer service will make me wanna eat there again and not be worried about missing items or messed up ordered. I believe she is a team leader and it's awesome that she is because she is a great employee!!!

Solid service! fresh hot perfectly prepared chicken tenders and serves the only green beans my toddler will eat! Awesome

Just got back home to eat our meal.. low and behold, the buffalo tenders were just put on top all over the rolls.. so it is a huge mess.. and to top it off, a blonde hair in the food... this is disgusting to the max.... not cool at all.. I love Bushs chicken but after today, I'm done..never again... gross 🤮🤮🤮🤢

Loved it! Got the special which was a 3 piece tenders aside a roll and Ice-T. It was so good. Sorry I did not take a picture. I wish I had. So you all could have seen how good it was. the manager was so nice. His crew was so efficient. It was a pleasure to eat there.

After 20 minutes in drive thru, Chicken, mash potato, gravy, and sweet tea was great. Total of $51 spent. Did not receive the 10 rolls and the corn nuggets and I live 20 miles away. You can't go in store because of covid, so extremely inconvenient to get back in long line with total drive time and wait over an hour. Made a phone call for future reference.

Like the interwebs say, best fried chicken around.

2/6/19 We are from out of the area and our family wanted us to experience Bush's Chicken while we were in town. What a great idea that was. You can see by my photos that the food looks great. My wife & I each had a 2-piece dinner like this and a drink for a total of only $11.59. They even have a military discount. I don't care for white meat because it is usually dry. Not at Bush's. It was fantastic and the roll was soft & fluffy... With a little sweet flavor to it. They have wonderful tea also. Unsweetened and sweetened. I did a combination for just how I like it! I would totaly urge anyone who has not tried Bush's Chicken do so. You may find you new favorite chicken place!

The chicken strips were ok. Pretty much exactly the same as Popeyes. The roll is good. The mac and cheese tastes like hospital food. It's watery and bland. Doesn't even taste like cheese. How can you mess up mac and cheese this badly?

Had to call them to get someone to take our order!?! We were in the drive-thru line, ended up as the vehicle in front of the line, yet no one took our order ...Food was okay, asked for the Gizzard order - large size. Got 4 gizzards and the rest were small scraps of hearts and? And a 10 piece chicken order.Not too happy with our experience this time! We usually like their service and product(s), but definitely not this time!

Their tea is far better than other places....I have never been disappointed with anything I have ever ordered...

Most often quick n fresh..the rolls my Favorite..The manager if they make your food well you get less than usual, a tender no matter how small counts as 1 ..The staff often makes up for that a 6 pice tender may have 8 in the box if they are small ones ..
